Found a broken fight? Use the flag button on the battle result screen. It attaches the exact fight data so we can replay and fix it.

Delete your account and data

The fastest way is in the game itself: open Settings → Delete account. This immediately deletes your account, display name, matchmaking builds and reports, and deletes or de-identifies your battle records.

You can also request deletion by email:

1. Email support@ruinborne.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your Arena display name so we can locate your data.

Email requests are completed within 30 days. Local save data on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.
