Ruinborne
Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 July 2026

This policy explains what data Ruinborne (the game) and ruinborne.com (this website) collect, why, and what control you have over it. We keep it short because we collect little.

What the game collects

What the game does not collect

Where data is stored

Online data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in the Singapore region. Google processes basic technical data (such as IP address and device information) to operate these services, as described in Firebase's privacy documentation.

What this website collects

ruinborne.com uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visit counts and which pages are read. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. The website collects nothing else and has no accounts.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and online data at any time, directly in the game: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account, display name, matchmaking builds and reports, and deletes or de-identifies your battle records. You can also request deletion by email: see the Support page. Local save data is under your control and is removed by uninstalling the app.

Children

Ruinborne is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The game collects no real-world identity in any case.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
